Polaroid supports JPEG/JPG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF, WebP, and TIFF files. For best results with EXIF metadata, use JPEG images straight from your camera.
EXIF metadata (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, etc.) is only available in images that contain it. Screenshots, heavily edited images, and some social media downloads strip EXIF data. Try using an original photo from your camera or phone.
Location data requires GPS coordinates in the image's EXIF data. Make sure location services were enabled on your camera or phone when the photo was taken. Some apps strip GPS data for privacy.
