Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Image to Polaroid ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Image to Polaroid is a free web application that transforms your photos into polaroid-style images with optional EXIF metadata overlay. The App provides:

• Polaroid frames: Classic white border styling for your photos
• EXIF metadata display: Camera settings, date, and location overlay
• Customization: Multiple themes, fonts, and export formats
• Social media presets: Optimized sizes for various platforms

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all images you process using the App. Since all processing happens in your browser, we never have access to your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you process.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App's operation
• Scrape, mine, or collect data from the App
• Use the App to process images you do not have the right to use

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and user interface, is owned by Midego and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The polaroid images you create are yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIDEGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
