1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Dart Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Dart Tracker is a dart scoring app developed by Nuktup. The App provides game scoring for x01 and cricket formats, player statistics, heatmap analysis, and related features.
3. Accounts
Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen, which permanently removes your data from our servers.
4. Subscriptions
Dart Tracker offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription.
- Free tier: Up to 4 players, 50 game history, core scoring features.
- Pro tier: Up to 8+ players, unlimited game history, cloud sync, data export, and additional features.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Dart Tracker are owned by Nuktup. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our services, interfering with other users, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuktup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with Apple (subscriptions), and optionally with Spotify (walk-on song search). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Nuktup is not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Apple EULA
To the extent not covered by these Terms, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies: Apple Standard EULA.
