Dart Tracker ("the App") is developed and operated by Nuktup. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Dart Tracker.
Information We Collect
Dart Tracker is designed with privacy in mind. Most features work entirely offline with data stored locally on your device. However, certain optional features involve data collection:
Local Data (No Account Required)
By default, all game data, player profiles, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device. No account is required to use core features. This data is never sent to external servers unless you opt in to cloud sync.
Account Data (Optional)
You may optionally create an account using your email address and a password. If you do, we store:
- Email address — used for authentication and account recovery.
- Hashed password — we never store your password in plain text.
Account creation enables cloud sync, which backs up your player profiles and game history to our servers so you can access them across devices. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen, which permanently removes all associated data from our servers.
Subscription Data
Dart Tracker offers an optional Pro subscription managed through Apple's App Store and processed by RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to manage your subscription status. No personal information is shared with RevenueCat beyond what Apple provides through the purchase process. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store — for processing subscription purchases. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat — for subscription management. Receives an anonymous user identifier only.
- Spotify (optional) — if you use the walk-on song search feature, search queries are sent to the Spotify API through our server. No Spotify account or login is required, and no listening data is collected.
Dart Tracker does not contain advertisements, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Data Storage & Security
Local data is stored on your device using encrypted local storage. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored on our servers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). If you delete the App without an account, all locally stored data is permanently removed. If you have an account, server-side data persists until you delete your account.
Children's Privacy
Dart Tracker does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The core features of the App work without an account and without collecting any personal data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
